Hello class! Today we will be learning about an extremely dangerous species of creature. It is called the Duisternis. It originated in Holland, but later grew to be in many different countries, including here in Bulgaria. They like to live in the caves of mountains. There used to be millions, but theyve dwindled down to become an extremely rare species. You should be lucky that they have.
Its appearance is quite scary in itself. Tall, the Duisternis stands about seven feet in height, with bright golden eyes, and scales on its body, making it look somewhat like a fish.
Its able to read minds. Anything youre thinking, it will know, which makes hiding from a Duisternis a very hard task, indeed. Some people become paranoid, once theyve had a run in with one. This is because the Duisternis is a shape-shifter. It can take the form of anything or anyone, even a person youve trusted all your life. Its obvious that most people never trust again, after meeting a Duisternis.
You are probably all wondering how a Duisternis kills. So far, it has not killed a human, so we cannot tell its method of killing. Now what you all are probably wondering is how this is a dangerous creature if it doesnt kill. Well, since it is almost impossible not to think of anything at all, the Duisternis can find a hiding person quite easily. Most of the time its used by a dark witch or wizard, to find someone and then the witch or wizard kills the person themselves.
There is no known way to kill a Duisternis either. Various tests have been performed on a caught one, but still no one has found a way.
